Lumi is a med-spa concept — the patient app we would ship tomorrow. Booking, in-app shop, loyalty rewards, AI chat, secure team messaging, and a referral engine that pays both sides. Every part of the patient relationship inside one branded surface.
It's also one example of a bigger idea. This is the system we build for any practice patients choose — the app that makes you impossible to leave. The brand here is a med spa's; for your practice, only the treatments change. Native iOS and Android, six weeks from contract to App Store.

The Brief
A premium practice that loses patients to convenience.
The setup: a strong local reputation, a packed calendar, and a front desk drowning in phone-tag bookings. Patients chose this practice once — but off-the-shelf portals feel generic, and between visits there's nothing on the phone pulling them back to the brand.
The brief: an app that feels like an extension of the practice itself, not a software vendor. Premium. Intuitive. Worth opening the way patients open Instagram — so the practice they chose is the one they never leave.
The Design

A native React Native app with a Supabase backend, Boulevard CRM sync, and an AI chat trained on the practice's actual treatment menu. Booking, payments, loyalty, referrals, and chat — all under one identity.
The result is an app that earns daily opens: rewards you for showing up, lets you reorder products in two taps, and gives you a direct line to the team without the front desk in the middle.
